Legally change my name while residing in Canada

I have recently moved from Mumbai on PR 6 months ago.

I want to legally change my first name and last name. Is there any way to do so while residing in Canada?

How do I go about it? what do I need to do in order to do so?

Has anyone done it in the past who can help me out?
