OMG ... That's why i asked the question within the page two ... That I have three dates .. which one should I use to start counting ... But I hope now after the new regualtions for the applications, and the removal of 300.000 applications .. they can start to rush with things ...
When I applied first at 20 december 2010 ... I thought the whole procedure will take a year and a half as lebanese to be in canada ...
I must start use the cash to have fun (the which I was preparing as a bank statement, to show the interviewer) .. ??? hehe
But really this is not acceptable ...
Quebec immigration used to be quick and easy .. and that's why most of the lebanese start their procedures @ the first place ..

Quebec became slow, you see yourself what mentioned on their web.
these 300,000 not from quebec,its federal //most of them didnt continue their application maybe they won loto ;D

You don't have to do another interview ... Just at the first step ...
@ lemans207 ... It was suppose to take 6 months under the federal section ... and in most of the cases the first step was the hardest one, especially passing the interview, and the rest were a matter of waiting (not too long) ...
But now we are hearing a lot of cases after the first one, of federal refusal, and maximum numbers of professions etc ...
What is happening to the world ...

Federal take 10000 /year from 29 professions

After you interview and you get CSQ they tell you that you should wait 12-15 months to get visa.

Hope so,,, I am optimiste about it, since now less applications

@ lemans207 .. yes I applied on december 20, 2010 ...On June 2011 the embassy gave me a file number, but under the letter they said in order to continue my process, I should resend a check holding 395$, instead of the first one (390$) ... so after 3 days I made the change and resend another check ... after three months (september 2011) .. they confirm the reception with the same info (file number etc ...) ..
And still waiting, waiting, loading ... ;D

I have a friend who applied in 2009/2010 (not very sure from exact date) ... three months later passed the 1st step (waiver without interview), so he applied for the federal and still waiting till now to make the mediacal exams ... but with no answer .. :-X :-X :-[ :

now they are interviewing DA0036xx

not bad, you have about a year for your interview or 6 months, wait 6 months then the rest other 6 months will easily pass ;D hehehe

your interview will be with 5-6 months

go to alliance fracaise and take a course I heard its 250$ here in UAE 1600$ :'(

and take your TCF Quebec exam, its easy

to proof you can speak, else you might not get enough points
