Leaving country and entering again while on Study permit. Need Advice

Hi My course getting completed on April 24 2025, My study permit and TRV is valid till September 2025.
I need to visit India to address a legal issue immediately in India.
Planning to leave Canada April 29 and return May 29 2025 preferably before my convocation and apply for PGWP.
Will I be facing any issues while returning ?

No. If ever questioned explain you Kaiser graduated, are returning for convocation and to apply for PGWP (if you qualify).

If your legal issue is criminal in nature, you might become inadmissible to Canada and be denied entry. Maybe consult a lawyer if it's new and something you didn't disclose when you applied for your study permit.

Sorry for the confusion, the legal issue is regarding a property in India. my presence is needed to file a lawsuit.
