I have 1 year Canadian experience and job offer+lmia from the same current employer. I got the FSW ITA and applied for it. Processing time 6 months or more.
In June I need to go for 4 months to my home country. I can not quit because my job offer will become irrelevant so it will affect my express entry score.
Is it possible to take a leave without pay for such a long time and keep job offer valid My employer will give me such opportunity, if necessary.
Will it affect my pr case?
