yes you can leave while it's processed, in fact, if I were you I would put the visa office closest to you (i.e., sydney, paris, manila etc), it seems to be much faster in terms of processing.

You can travel for a short period of time but you can't live there permanently. You must maintain your residency in the province that nominated you until you receive your PR. The reason moving to a new province is tricky is because you have a new residential address and pay taxes in another province whereas if you're just travelling to another country but actually reside in the province that nominated you, you'll be fine as long as you return.

Thank you for all of you!

I will apply PNP then.

dior12 advises me that I should send my docs to wherever close?(i.e., sydney, paris, manila etc...)

I did not even know I have to send docs to abroad.

Do I have to send the docs to aborad? or If I still stay Canada until receving PR, then Do I have to send application to

oversea ?

Please let me know.

I really appriciated it

In the PNP application, it will ask you which visa processing office you want to use.. You put the overseas one there.. If you are going to stay in canada for awhile then put CIO- nova scotia. All applications are first sent to CIO-Nova scotia and then after that they get sent to the visa office you choose.. So you don't send it overseas they do.

Hi dior12

Thank you for your advise.

Canada Immigration web site says processing time varies

depends on the location overseas.eg Manila(processing time is 13month)

other location is more or less. you mean that I should send the application wherever

the processing time is short! right?

Thank you Dior 12

Please help me a bit more

Have a Great Day!!

Well, what is your country of origin? If you're from asia & you plan to stay at your country of origin for several months, yes I would send it to Manila. The processing time they state on the CIC site (13 months for manila) tends to be longer than the average processing time for most applicants.

I don't think you can choose manila if your country of residence while it process it is the US. I'm not 100% sure but I think you can only choose it based on your country of residence you put in the application. If you're going to be staying in america, I would just put the canadian visa office then.
