They just asked for my husband's valid work permit and TRV, passport, and in under 5 minutes he was allowed back into Canada.

Thanks for sharing all your information.

I applied inland in 2010 and I have a OWP, I would like to know how to apply for multiple entry TRV. I had applied for an extension of my visitor record but it expired in Febrary of this year; I did not renew it cos my OWP is still valid. Can I still apply for a multiple entry TRV? What form would I need?

Thanks

If you were from not from visa exempt country, how u managed to get visa from Seattle? you must have visitor visa for US then?

What did u tell upon entrying the canadian border? Did you enter by car?

hi i am an international student here . if i submit my inland application and if i go to my country to visit for few days do i need to apply for a visitor visa again for coming back to canada . I allready have a TRV with multiple entry to canada and a valid study permit and both of them will expire in 2019. so will i loose my student status here as i have applied for the sponsor application ? and if i visit my country before getting the OWP AND AIP will these things be required at the time of my entry back ?

Do i need to show them proof of a pending pr application on the airport to enter canada ? i have a multiple entry TRV ... won;t this be enough ?

You're bumping an ancient thread, by the way :P The PR application does not cancel out a student or work visa. Have you met the conditions of your student visa? I'm unclear as to why you are concerned about your visa status.

Hi I am in canada with my study permit. And I husband visitor visa is under process in india. Now I want to go India to meet my family. Will the processing of my husband visa Will get interfered if I leave to india from canada.

I have a minor confusion and need suggestions. Actually me and my husband are planning to visit India with our daughter for my sister’s wedding and its been two years and we didn’t travel anywhere out of Canada. Our PR is in process its been 5 months and there is no updates about it.
So my question is should we travel to India during this PR process or we should wait.? My husband has valid work permit till 2020,I have the same duration valid visitors visa till 2020 & my daughter is a Canadian citizen so is it safe to travel and will be easy on re-entry..?

Waiting for your response.
