leaving canada w/o applying for health card

Dear all,

I landed last month, and will be leaving to Brunei for my job next week.

Services office didn't accepted my application as I am leaving in couple of weeks as my passport is with Brunei embassy, however they have accepted my family application as they are not leaving the country soon.

I hope that shouldn't create problem for me when i will apply for health card again, please advise.

It is not a problem for you to apply for your health card when you get back to Canada. Depending on the province you move to, you may have to wait for 3 months before you get one.
