Hello to everyone,

I came to Canada in August on the working holiday for 6 months and I applied for the 6 months of the visitor visa once it expired (for Italy the working holiday is 6 months+ 6 months as a visitor).
My visitor visa has been accepted but only for 1 month because they said I haven't proven I have enough funds to stay in Canada. I have applied for another visa and this time I uploaded even my italian bank account, plus I attached a letter of explanation stating I'm gonna live with my girlfriend (canadian) in Toronto.
I have called the call centre and they confirmed I can stay in Canada with the implied status but now there's another problem. On the 11th of march I would like to go to USA for a couple of weeks and then come back in Canada. Will they allow me to come back in Canada with these conditions?

Thank you in advance

Nobody here can really say whether you would be allowed back in and the fact that you have specifically applied for extension to stay as a visitor implying staying in the country might be seen as a negative if now you plan to leave for a while. Any visitor who exits Canada is reassessed every time they come back into the country. Also not really advisable with a visitor status to imply to immigration you are 'living' with your girlfriend, assume you really mean staying with.

I just put friend in the letter of explanation when I applied, though I filled the form with girlfriend. What if I say that she's my friend and I meant that with girlfriend? I just realized it wasn't very smart.
I don't know what to do now, either going to USA and come back or not leaving and wait for the response.
