LCP Employer reference letter.. samples..

Hi....

If anyone can help me with a reference letter from employer for live in caregiver. I just want to know what to include in the letter and if it is not in a letterhead should I get it approved from a lawyer. what is the procedure...??? if anyone can give me a sample letter so that i will know what to include. i worked as a nanny and my ex employer paid me cash every month and i didnt have any pay slip to show. my ex employer is willing to give me a written reference letter that i worked for her in a normal paper since they dont have any company letter head..

please help me with this...
