Hello
i have an FSW application filed after feb 27. My occupation is not in the list, so i desided to withdraw it and apply under PNP. However, i contacted my lawyer asking him to withdwar my application and send my application fees back. that was 2 months ago.
since that day, i haven't get any reply from him regarding my application, i tried to call him many times, no answers. left him couples vmail, never got back to me.
Do you think contacting the CIC might help to solve this situation?
Please advice.
Thank you
Fred,

I don't think contacting cic will help. If you have the AOR number, then you can write to CIC office informing them of your request to withdraw the application. If you can afford, then without waiting for refund of application fee, make a new application under PNP. Inform your lawer about what you are doing as well. Share the information as to the name of the lawyer so that others may be aware.

i understand that there is no problem sending another application to the CIC under PNP category, right?
Please correct me if i'm wrong.
thank you

from reading this forum, i think you can have PNP and FSW application at teh same time. but there is a point, where you might have to withdraw one later. Do you have your AOR number, if so, mail CIC and withdraw your FSW application and i think there is a way to cancel your rep as well.

I do have an AOR number for the FSW app filed after feb 27. I don't think that am qualified, my occupation is not in the list. i'm hopping that itd be canceled automatically within couple months.
Thank you guys for ur replies.

wouldn't you feel safe canceling your rep? Your rep might take forever to send you the check from CIC to you refunding the money.

First cancel your representative services. Then withdraw your application.
I also submitted my FSW application in March and got AOR in August. I didn't withdraw that application, since you can have more than one application processing at CIC concurrently.

any idea how to cancel a rep?
thank you
