Latest T4 and NOC

Hi Seniors

I sent my application in 2012.With the application I sent 2011 T4 and NOA.


My reference letter had Salary(sent with Application) - $X
My T4 and NOA (2011) had Salary (sent with Application) - $Y


Now, I received latest T4 and NOA with Salary $X (Matching with reference letter).



Just wanted to check, If I need to wait for any notification from VA to send the Latest NOA and T4 (or) shall I send them ASAP.

CIC might not even ask for it and decide on your application.
Scan and email soft copy to CIC asap. Request an acknowledgement for having added the doc to your file.

If you have got an AOR and your application has reached Ottawa. The email ID is > ottpilot-immigration@cic.gc.ca

Hi Andy, is there a way for us to know when our file reaches Ottawa? We received AOR on July 9th and need to send police certs. Can we send them to Ottawa right away even though file must still be in Sydney or in transit to Ottawa? Or we wait for a couple of weeks? Thank you..

Once after you get AOR, it is advisable to wait for 1-2 weeks and then send the doc to Ottawa.

We need to update CIC on new address. On the ECAS, there's an option to update mailing address. Would that suffice or do we need to send CIC an email for official change of address? Thanks!

I was in the same situation as yours but i did not send the 2012 T4 and NOA. I already recieved my medicals. so I would say wait until VO asks for those but there's a good chance VO might not even ask for those. So its totally your call.

My main concern is that there is a 10K$ difference between my 2012 employment letter and 2011 T4/NOA.

i had over $12K difference in my T4 and job letter because i started my job in April, 2011 so my 2011 T4 only showed 9 months of income. But as i said before it is your call.
