yes I received my AIP on 6th september and the same day counterfoil request was generated but not yet started as per GCMS notes

Yes, I submitted my Biometrics on August 10th and I don't need Medical test.

Ohh may be because I already gave my biometrics and I don't need a medical exam. So that makes my application complete.
