hello all,

my question is..

what if you have a connecting flight from toronto to some other city lets say edmonton.. do u still need to complete the landing formalities in toronto or you'll meet the officer in edmonton for all this, which is the final destination on the ticket...

The CBSA has counters at all the international airports arrival levels and at the by-road boarder crossing POEs as well as sea ports. As Baloo said your first landing is at the international arrival of Toronto where the customs and immigration formalities will be completed before the connecting flight.
