Landing with a transfer?

Hey everyone!

We are going to book a flight from Ho Chi Minh to Toronto, with transfers in Manila and Vancouver.

At which stop will my wife need to complete the landing procedure? Will it be when we transfer in Vancouver or when we reach our final destination in Toronto?
