Landing question please help

i wish to know from anybody who has any idea about landing, whether or not as a quebec immigrant transiting in Vancourver or doing landing in Vancourver before going to Quebec,one needs to show prove of funds as per federal sum of money or as per Quebec sum money or both?

1. If Vancouver is your first stop, you "land" there and you require the proof of funds for Quebec.
