Can someone give a run through of what happens when landing at the airport with a spousal visa. What to expect? What to have in hand? Also, If I (Sponsor) land with my spouse (Principal Applicant) am I allowed to accompany him through the landing process?

Not necessary. I would say- no (but not sure at all).

She has to have her papers, know the address where she is going to live, amount of money she is bringing with her. She may mention that your at at the airport.

Yes, you should be able to accompany your spouse through the landing process. I was with my partner during the landing.
