Morning,
From my discussions with a boarder agent yesterday, I understand that we have two options when we go to land at the border, and have to tell the agent which we fall under:
1. Land with the intention of staying for 12 months or longer
2. Land with the intention of returning to the US to finalize our affairs.
My question is:
If we fall under option #2, does the agent still request the PR card for us when we land, or does the PR card not get requested until we land with the intention of staying 12 months or longer?
Thank You
