Landing Issue: New COPR after valid till date is passed ?

Hello Members,

I am the primary applicant under Express Entry / Provincial Sponsored.

I, my spouse and child received individual COPR and Visa Stamp, I have completed the landing procedure and came back to my home country.

My question is: my spouse and child COPR Valid till date and Visa are already expired on 30/March/2018 and I know they cannot enter Canada with the expired COPR and Visa. Can they get a new COPR and Visa ? If yes, then how can we do that ?

No, the COPR is extremely unlikely to be renewed. It's "use it or lose it". You will need to return and stay in Canada to sponsor them under Family Class Sponsorship. To be honest, this was a significant error in your planning.

Oh dear

I doubt you will get another CoPR by asking. You can try. More likely you will have to now sponsor wife and child with a new application.
