Landing Inquiry

I am Canadian (current status is non-residence) and my hubby has just received COPR.
His COPR is showing the address to land at Vancouver BC, but we prefer to settle in Calgary AB after we move to Cananda.
Since there is no direct flight from Hong Kong to Calgary, we've purchased a ticket from HK to Vancouver and plan to stay a week for short trip in vancouver first, then take the domestic flight from Vancover to Calgary.

Our questions are:
Can he land to Vancouver BC and inform the immigration officer about his living address will be in Calgary AB?
Is the PR card can deliver to our Calgary home directly if he land at Vancouver?

Yes to both of your questions. There is nothing unusual about what you are doing.

My wife landed in Toronto, then we hopped a plane a few hours later and went to our house in Calgary.
