I booked a place through Airbnb for the first two months. it is a basement suite in a house in Saskatoon.

is it acceptable to provide the address of my Airbnb stay to the visa officer at the port of entry when landing?

I read somewhere that I cannot provide hotel addresses.

If so i will either extend my stay for another month. Or inform IRCC by email or webform by change of address. Or i can arrange directly with the house owner to stay in contact when he receives my card.

But I still need an answer to my question: will the visa officer accept my Airbnb address ??

How is the officer at border going to know it's an airbnb?
You have a point.

I became worried because i thought he may consider it a hotel address type. Specially as I learnt recently that to apply for drivers license I have to rent a place of my own and cannot use my Airbnb place. This doubled my worries... so I m checking
