landing in Saskatoon

as all the posts on this issue are quite old, I am just curious whether it is worth it to do the landing in Saskatoon. i am still waiting for my copr so I just am interested to know how this procedure looks like and if I can book an appointment with no copr received. I can always go to the border but maybe it'll be easier

I got the same question, wondering if anyone know how long it will take for booking a landing appointment at saskatoon office.
Don’t really wanna do flag-poling since it’s quite far for me to the border...
Anyone has idea?

If you are in Canada surely the best way is to call them given just because somebody said the other week they got an appointment in a week does not mean that will always be the case.

As for booking without a COPR that makes zero sense, wait until have a COPR given until then a PR application could still in theory be rejected. Although I do not know doubt possible to book without a COPR anyway as would expect the office to ask for that detail upfront so if nothing else their time not potentially wasted with deferrals.
