Landing date on PR card and copr

I landed on August 12th, however somehow the system or the immigration officer hadn't registered me as landed. I came to know about this when I went for my SIN on August 15th. I had to go to the airport again and then they finally registered my landing on August 15th. They didn't disclose what the issue was. I got my PR card 2 weeks back but it states my landing as 15th August rather than 12th as stated on my CoPR.

Will this be a nuisance later? Should I reapply for correction?

It's only 3 days. I wouldn't reapply if I were you.
