We have put Ottawa as the landing city for my husband. But I expanded my job search to include other cities (within Ontario). Well it looks like I am close to getting a job offer from my hometown city in Sudbury. How do I deal with this with CIC? IS this a problem? I don't want to jeopardize our application by this detail.

Thanks for the help.

it's not a problem. Spousal sponsorship is a federal program, so you can go anywhere, except for Quebec which has special rules. You don't need to inform CIC.
We put Vancouver, and chose Victoria, BC, instead, and it doesn't matter. When you land, you will be asked for an address to send the PR card, but that's all you need - and it can be sent to someone else if you don't have a fixed address.

Ok, great to know. I thought we had to notify them for some reason, might have read it somewhere. Makes life a little easier for me as job searching is much easier when you have some options.
And by the way, I love Victoria!!! Beautiful city!!

hey, ours changed too
we put vancouver and decided to live in alberta for a year before heading back to vancouver, so we changed it to alberta when we sent in his passport and they asked for where he would be living in canada.
