Hi,

Please help. My husband wants to get a job in Canada and then move here permanently. He just got his Visa from the Buffalo office yesterday. Can he visit and not land with a Visa inside his passport? He does not want to land yet, because he does not want to export his car yet. He doesn't want to export his car until he gets a job in Toronto so that he can refinance his car. Ideally, he wants to cross to and from the Buffalo border to visit me on weekends and look for work on Fridays. He works Mon-Thu and has Fridays off. He has crossed every weekend for two years straight. Will the Visa in his passport stop him from visiting? Also, he plans on getting his SIN after he gets a job and after he lands. Will this plan work? HELP!!!

No one has replied to your post, and again I'd say you let our senior members reply and their post will be the one opening correct infor for you, but from what I know, I will share... You can have him land with the VISA, and fill the forms (I think its B4A) this forms is where you list EVERYTHING that will follow, so when later on you are ready to move everything you need.. you list on that form, and then I think it will be easy for you.

I hope someone who is an expert at this will reply to your post.
