Just to share my landing experience.
We went to cic office in Winnipeg and it took less than 15 mins.
The officer asked me two questions on COPR and I answered and wrote yes or no and signed on COPR.
Then she stamped on my passport . That was it.
She was very nice and everything was good.
FYI: I called 1-800-- and booked an appointment after I received COPR
and i waited for 4 weeks to get in.
Also she told I should call CIC to cancel my application for visitor visa renewal( thought she could cancel it)
