Thanks for asking friend , ya honestly speaking I was well- settled in Australia , had annual income / salary , used to get $32 per hour table work ( iam getting almost half of that rate here , and Haapy / BUT my status was not a PR that's the only one reason to be migrated here . To get pR in Australia who are above 29 years of age is very difficult . Thanks.

Hi,
I am planning to land in Edmonton in mid. December. There are 3 options regarding flight:
1. Ktm- Mumbai-London-Edmonton ( Jet Airways)
2. Ktm- Doha-London-Edmonton ( Qatar Airways)
3. Ktm_ Kunmon_Sanghai_Vancouver-Edmonton ( China Southern)
fare for the 1st and 2nd options are similar and the 3rd one is cheaper, but have many transit.
Pls. suggest me, which route will be better?

Thanks for asking friend , medical sector has wide scope here but your wife has update about 6 months course here to get job in the similar field , for u sir warehouse job is very gud , I have many friends here working in warehouse pay rate is gud in warehouse . Baby sitting is not a problem, and rent depends which location u wanna to live , I do live in NE and pay $1100 for 3 bedrooms its not basement . Basements are cheaper . Let me know if anything more u wanna know , march is gud timing to land sir.

.... Since you r engineer if u study in the similar field u may get gud jobs . But u need choose the course yourself sir . Your kid may get around $380 per month sir.

Thank u all . Sorry was little bit busy as I stared a job after 5th day of landing plus started a college at the mean time i.e Iam working 40 hours a week and studying 20 hrs of a week , life again has become busy and of course interesting . My 5.5 year son has started a school ( actually we enrolled at the same day , son in school n dad in college ) my wife has also got job but hasn't started yet , hopefully will start within 1-2 days . Got health card after 5 days but have to wait few weeks for PR card . Am staying in friend's house but will move to my place on 1st oct , have found a very gud house to live at $1000 plus 3 bed rooms . My job is about 15 min walk , college is 6 min from bus station n son's school is about 8 min walk so everything is ok so far. I chose calgary coz its a rapidly developing country that's what my friends had told me and yes it is . I had many friends in Toronto n Edmonton but was only one friend in Calgary who proved one helpful friend is better than 1000 of hello- hi friends . People are very good here everything is ok here but we need canadin qualification to get gud job . My present job is not bad though I get $17 per hour . Welcome to Calgary whoever want to come here and thanks all of u.

Thanks sir , July is very gud time for landing in terms of weather , most of my friends who had master in accounting from Australia are studying again here almost the same course , also I have realised Canadian education counts here that's why iam studying too, but again it may depend on your luck to get the jobs in similar field sir . Iam sorry sir I have no idea at all about Edmonton as I am never bn there , in calgary it depends which part u wanna live , I live in NE, I pay $1100 for 3 bedrooms , it's not basement , basements are cheaper . I do live near by train station , school , college and workplace , it takes me less then 12 min on foot to reach all above mentioned place . Thanks
