Landed, but BSO did not ask me to initial COPR

Hi all, I am new in this forum, found this forum is so helpful. I just landed last week in Carway, AB, well the exp was not great, but done anyway. I noted from this forum that the Border officer should ask me to initial beside the questions such as criminal, dep etc. but he did not and just asked me to sign on both. Kinda worried if this will be issues?

Please anyone who have landed experienced the same as mine and got pr card with no issues? Not sure how to correct it, is this serious mistake?

I don't remember if I signed or initialed. It's a non issue. What matters is what they have on file (completion of landing), not the piece of paper you have in hand.
