Hi guys, have some property in Lahore. Who do I contact to get Land valuation done?

Where do they sit/where are the offices?

How long will it take and what is the process?

If I could get some numbers would be great!

You can get it done from any one of the valuators on Pakistan Banker's Association List of Approved Valuers. Please see the link below:

Just call any one of them who have their offices in Lahore and they will let you know what to do.

real estate agents can do it ? i think govt land and revenue dept gives u a verification/certificate of ur property's actual cost .. anyways did it work in ur case mr. soomro?

You can get evalued by any real estate agent, wo ziada se ziada 5000Rs lega agar bhaut mashoor wala hua, wo apki property ki value laga dega aur usko ki aik choti file laga dega jis me sari details hongi, size and value etc... usko phir NOTARY PUBLIC se Notarize kara lena. thats all man

well I did get my visa so I'm guessing it did. Its not a big deal yar. Its just a supporting document that only shows that you are financially well off. Bank statements and sources of income are a lot more important.

if u do some research on google u should get enough lawyers who valuate the property.they charge in between 1500-2000
I have done it here in india ..they charged 2000 rs to me...

If u are finding difficult to find ny valuaters you can directly go to bank you are taking loan from...they will give contacts of valuators...
