what i heard is it is a very small college.... (may be a three floor building with very few classes and mostly only for international students).... I got my offer letter for Business Management - Finance and Banking (but not interested in this course anymore) but I will be using my Centennial offer letter to move forward... Also applying for Cambrian college (In Sha Allah) .. lets see what happens.

Nasir - Have you applied for GIC. I have applied for mine yesterday and waiting for the account details.

Waise i got to see my provisional IELTS score today (the actual results are tomorrow). I scored 7.5 (R-8.5; L-8; S-7.5 and W-6.5)

I selected Sarnia campus of Lambton. This course is in Sarnia campus bro. Toronto campus is small and this course is not in that campus as per my knowledge. Sarnia's campus is large one and it's main campus too. May be due to less jobs in Sarnia people don't prefer Lambton Sarnia campus. But accommodation is cheap in Sarnia compared to Toronto.

Probably because it's located in Sarnia, a small city with only 75,000 people. Sarnia is the called the "oil valley" of Ontario. All the big names in oil industries have their refineries and chemical branches here.

I would say it's barely an average college from whatever I heard. And there is lot of Indian international students. From what I heard, the college promos a lot in India and it's kind of open gate to Indians (no offence). But the college building from outside looks good; not small at all.

FYI, I've been living in Sarnia for last 2~3 years.

Though you have asked Rossei, I will still answer your questions:

1. A 2 year program no matter if it has 1 or 2 co-op terms would give you a 3 year PGWP. Co-op is considered as a semester. Check the duration of program on your LOA, if it says 2 years, you will get SP for 2 years which would get you a 3 years PGWP.
2. As of now changing college/university, program or program level from PG to Diploma or Diploma to PG or anything is not at all restricted and you are free to do so but there are proposed restrictions on this which could be implemented in Jan 2014, so you need to be careful.
3. Answered in 2.
4. Job depends upon skills, grade and expertise along with ability to connect. Any course cant guarantee you a job, even for co-op, college will only help you find an opportunity and not guarantee it.
5. You will have to assess yourself, if you think you cant get into a better college than Lambton and are not willing to wait for next intake, make your choice.
6. Visa chances with the diploma are less compared to PG Diploma but there are people in this forum who got visa for diploma after doing B.Tech.

Finally, in my very personal opinion, all the colleges are pretty much same with less or more reputation. Lambton college has/would be receiving $ 5 million for research:
http://blackburnnews.com/sarnia/sarnia-news/2013/09/13/5-million-for-lambton-college/

It can't be that bad!!
thanx a ton for ur detail reply(that gives me much needed reilef and cleared all my doubts) :D
N dude can u throw sme light on the course also ..i think u r also from IT background
sarnia campus with no doubt has nice infra n quality education but hw abt toronto campus ????? do hve any idea abt dis? ( i'hve never came across a prsn from lambton in this forum)

I will point out the pros and cons re: living in Sarnia:

Pros:
1. It's a smaller city resulting less crime
2. Summer & Spring are bit long; so you can enjoy the good weather bit longer
3. There is a higher ratio of senior citizens living in Sarnia mainly because of it's cheaper living
4. It's a border city, so convenient travel to US
5. Good for oil/chemical/power related field
6. In long run, Sarnia offers one of the cheapest housing price in Southern Ontario
7. It's on the lake. Lots of parks, small beaches, river-view area etc.
8. For Muslims; we have 2 mosques. There are almost 70 Muslim families living in Sarnia.

Cons:
1. It's not yet a diverse city (very few black, Chinese or Arabs); only a handful of Indians. So, the odd jobs are mostly filled with white (largely HS kids or seniors). I haven't seen any Indian working in any of the chain store (restaurant/grocery) other than one of gas store where I usually go. I see 4~5 Indian students all time. And there is a new Indian restaurant (only one) as well.
2. Again, it's a small city, so not much opportunity for any kind of job (other than oil/chemical plant)
3. Public transportation is worst here. FYI, there is no coach bus services either (only available option is train which is more expensive)
4. The nearest Canadian city is London (100 km, an hour drive on highway), GTA would be 2.5~3 hour drive.
5. It's considered the "chemical valley" of Ontario. So, the risk factor of air/water pollution is always high.
6. We've only 1 mall and that's not big either.
7. If you're a Muslim, there is no halal restaurant/meat store. People either cross border and go to Detroit (1 hr drive) or drive to London for this purpose.

Yes it is a small college in Toronto, but not in Sarnia. The campus is hugh and the facilities are very good for students. My roommates studying in the ITP course they always say it is an excellent course, and you have 1year coop. I can say this college is better than Centennial.
