label the wedding pics

Hello all,
can someone tell me how to label the wedding pic?
should I write related information o the pic?

I just wrote the applicant name and date of birth on the back and the # of the question they were asking for them . I then put them lose in and envelope and attached then that way . If your handy on the computer you can copy them and put them on a piece of paper and attach that way and explain the occasion.

We put all our pics in MS Word and wrote captions below each picture, 2-3 pics per page.
