At random applications may be picked up for program integrity checks. This is what this signifies. Nothing unusual.

I see. Thankyou very much for your reply. I have been waiting for my PR since Nov 2020. No clue what is happening with the application. It is EE-PNP
Had asked them for gcms back is July which I received the other day.
