You may have to wait a month to get an update. This post is to track online approved TRVs who sent passports to LA office.

but the processing time is 15days and I live in LA. Even then, it will take 1month?

LA consulate website says a minimum of 30 days.

I just checked and my return envelop was active now. It said "Acceptance - April 10, 2013, 4:28 pm - LOS ANGELES, CA 90071"

Here's my timeline:

Sent Online App: 3/12/2013
Request for Passport: 4/1/2013
Sent Passport: 4/2/2013 [USPS Express flat, include a return Express flat envelop as well]
Consulate Received App: 4/3/2013
Consulate Sent Passport: 4/10/2013
Received Passport: ??? hopefully today or early tomorrow

I have applied TRV -in person in New york Canadian consulate. The VO specified it will be processed in 14 days, but unfortunately I didnt received my passport yet-

Applied on 11 March 2013
Till date : 32 days up +

Any of you guyz are there in my situation..Please share your thoughts- I am really clueless when i ll be getting an update.

I know it is LA but please excuse-I am really worried.

Check the processing times on NY Visa Office web site. The ones on the CIC site are wrong.

Hey, what type of stamp did you buy? Was it a regular 19.95 stamp or the one with a barcode?

Hey, what type of stamp did you buy? Was it a regular 19.95 stamp or the one with a barcode?

I really dont know for sure but I had to fill out two forms for two envelops. This form has barcode which is tracking number actually. But after that, I saw the lady at post office put stamp on both two envelops as well.
Totally cost me around $19.95*2 not including tax.
