L.M.O required?

I have an investment (share holding 30%) in an auto dealership business
registed in BC, which is in operation since 2005. My question is if I
require to work at the dealership do I/the employer (i.e the dealership)
need a prior consent in the form of LMO? Or, considering my investment in
the same Company the question of getting LMO doesn't arise.

1. You need a work permit, and depending on the position an LMO. I doubt that you will get a work permit though.
