kwantlen not replying

hey everyone i've sent every documents to kwantlen polytechnic university but the college isn't replying
i sent all the documents on 3rd june and there's no reply since then
it's been three weeks
anyone please help

Send a reminder mail to your enrolment advisor and if that is not working make a call through. You need to be faster.

i did that but they said they usually respond in 3 weeks time

Kwantlen usually doesn't reply for that. You'll receive you Letter of Acceptance usually within 20-25 days

Some of the universities are unable to reply emails due to high volume of emails they receive. Better call them, you might need to try many times before you eventually get successful.
