Kuwait Visa Office!!

My mother applied for PR under the refugee program and she included my father who lives in Kuwait now in her application as accompanying.

The issue is that the Canadian visa office that deals with Kuwait is in Abo Dhabi (UAE). This doesn’t make any sense to me. How can my dad deal with them if he can’t go to the UAE??

Can he deal with the Canadian embassy in Kuwait instead? (For example: medicals, police clearance etc).

Please reply if you know anything or you have had to deal with this situation in the past.

Canadian Embassy in Kuwait don't deal, instead VFS will handle that, your father can submit all the documents to the VFS & they will mail to the Abu Dhabi office.

It's the visa application centre commissioned by the Canadian embassy to make sure the visa application is complete and sent to the embassy. It's also the place where biometrics are taken outside of Canada.
