I am a Canadian citizen and sponsoring my husband from Korea.
We got married in Canada and only hold a Canadian Marriage Certificate.
In the additional requirements it asks to provide "Marriage Relation Certificate". We do not currently have this document. I was researching and getting conflicting answers.
Do we need to submit a Marriage Relation Certificate even if we only got married in Canada?
