Given limited English and skilled labor skills, what would be the best route for a female Korean, aged 29, wishing to immigrate to Canada?

First step is to improve the English skills. You must have either good English or good French language abilities to qualify to immigrate to Canada.

The English you demonstrated in this post is already a lot better than most people on this forum. As scylla mentioned, improving English is key, or knowing how to get good marks in the IELTS.

Another option is to study in Canada towards a post-graduate work permit and to get Canadian work experience.

If you can find your NOC graphic designer, have a self- employed route for the NOCs relevant to art and athelet, that route does not need a lot of english skill, in my opinion that programme maybe suite you the most
