Aba - the visa will be in the PP, along with the Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) papers. Please advise your husband NOT to sign it until you guys go to land, he has to sign it in the presence of the border officer in the places indicated.

Personally I am disappointed with the backhand comments some of you gave island_girl today isn't this a forum where we all can come n share our experiences our moans n disappointment with this immigration process so for a few to make notes in their post that KGN needs to start working on 2010 files and dont do 2011 honestly seems like u guys r badmind, yes she came and saw u guys n she get thru before u guys but there is no need for the oh god kgn wat happen to 2010 and y u a do 2011 no 1 was like this when NMH got her file touch and she is also from the 2011 batch yes personally i have not been at this waiting game long n in hindsight i didnt start yet but it sucks that people cannot genuinely be happy for someone else good fortunate without throwing a pity party for themself

Umm...I don't think anyone made any "backhanded" comments to island_girl on here, Kedeisha. Perhaps you need to read the comments again. All I saw were genuine congrats, nowhere did I see anyone say "What happen to 2010 files, why is she getting through before them?".

Everyone on this thread has been supportive, and I think I can safely say that knowing that a 2011 file was completed has offered hope that KG IS working on all files regardless of when they were received, and that everyone will have their turn in their own time.

Your comment is unfounded and unfair to people who have done nothing but be supportive.

If others elsewhere have made comments of that kind, that is their business, it is unfair to tar Mrs P with their brush. The Propers have never intimated anything of that sort of feeling against anyone, 2010 or 2011, who has been fortunate enough to be reunited before them, you cannot just lump her into that category because of something someone else said, that is patently unfair, Kedeisha.

You have every reason to be happy for your friend, if the two of you are friends. You have no reason to accuse anyone here of poor-spiritedness or small-mindedness when you are referring to the comments of others and trying to infer a similar meaning from Mrs P's comment.

honestly Charlie i stated my opinion based on what i saw if I am reading too much into it so be it but for u to feel that we end a conversatin based on what u say is comical not going to start an argument with u as u have been helpful to me when i needed it will leave it as thx for ur help and for others when i needed it

I'm very happy for everyone getting updates! With it beong so quiet its nice to long on and see tons of updates, give you some hope! I for one am def very happy for island girl I think I said that right. And if this is a forum to moan and groan and share disappointment then isn't that what ppl are allowed to do? We share our joys, sadness, stress, disappointment etc uhhhh I dunno what else to say but way to go KGN!!!! What a way to start off the week, keep em coming!!
