Hi and welcome JillA! Please stick and stay, you are in the right place for information and support from others who have dealt with and are still dealing with KG.

Currently, KG has been processing at an average of 8-10 months. If you look at the spreadsheet in my signature, you will see that for the applications up to June 2010, there was an average of about 7.5 months. That has lengthened somewhat for applications in the latter half of the year, so we are somewhere between 8 and 10 months now.

I take it you are still preparing your application?

Yes Im am in the prcess of filling out the forms and waiting on my husbands forms and medical, securtity check and things to all be done so we can file everything.... Im so anxious, I feel like we have a LONG road ahead of us... its already been 5 years of long distance, I just want him here already

JillA - The hard part is putting together the application, but when you do a good job upfront, the waiting is a cake walk. And it may be long and feel long, but the rest of your lives after you are together will be much longer.

Hey Nae-nae!! I think you are right, canuck needs to open some franchises, I am sure we can talk our respective hubbies into it, and Mr Proper would fit in fine, I am finding out, haha! It's a good day, we've had some updates, and we are not stressing, we are laughing, it is good!
