J-girl, he will have to re-do the reports. So long as more than a year has passed after they were done, they will request he do them again. They will not be able to issue a PR visa for him with expired medical and police certificates. When you get the request for those, it will be a sign you are close to the end.

You gotta love funny Fridays.
Welcome Jesusgirl, unfortunately you will very likely have to redo your med and police again as they expire after 1 year and the VO usally won't issue the visa without an up to date med and police check. You should wait until they request the updated ones as they send a different form from what I understand. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it is always better to understand what your up against.
Best of luck and welcome to the forum family

Well Charlie looks like we were typing same time. When you do the updates you can add me as wifey landed also. ;D

LOL Canuck...I would say "great minds" and all that, but a teacher of mine always ended that sentence with "but fools seldom differ" :P

Nae is still doing the updates, as her hubby is still a couple weeks or so from landing, I thought she should carry the baton until then, since she is doing so ably well! She will be doing it soon, I am sure. I was just looking at your signature and saying "Bwoy canuck should add his wifey's landed date to that!" ;D

Well I guess it's either great minds or fools seldom differ as I was changing my profile while you were typing ;D ;D ;D ;D

OMG you two are too funny lol hahahahaha... I answered to part of the question... I guess you would call that selective reading lol hahahahaha Sorry J-girl but I am glad my friends helped me out by answering the rest of the question for me lol

thanks guys for responding to my inquiry. does anyone know how long after the medical and police report is submitted (again) it will take for them to contact my husband to bring his passport. Assumming all is well.

Hi Jesusgirl,
according to my MP after the redos requests have been completed and recv'd by KGN, the PP call can occur anytime within a 6 to 8 weeks period.

Best of luck... hope your wait is a short one.

Welcome to the forum!
