Congrats!!! What date is his interview for? I have a feeling they're now doing things like they do with inland that's why there's so many interviews just a couple more weeks and we'll know for sure

I have to say that in the last 2 weeks I have seen a surge in the clearing of the inland spousal sponsorship backlog, seeing several applications that were put in before mine and have landing interviews this month.

I only really hope we see the Outland applications start to improve quickly too. I'm getting tired of being patient and explaining to everyone over and over again why hubby isn't here and with no real word for the last 10 months... Just want this to be done so we can start our lives

I'm very curious to hear whether they've modified their interview approach/questions. used to be that it was a huge u pleasant ordeal/interrogation to validate your relationship... Nothing like the inland application interviews which are just a handful of basic questions. This process is so much to go through, just hope these interviews don't make our spouses feel like criminals

They're not even really clearling the backlogs the ones that are
Getting through are ppl who just put in their apps towards the end of last year yet those who applied at the beginning of the year are still waiting so I don't even know what's up with that its ridiculous. The first interview is on Aug 8 hoping for the best and that its more like a landing interview instead of an interrogation

thanks for those that messaged me with information. we are sending all the certificates up front! The consensus is its better that we do so as we will not incur delays down the road! I have updated the forms, gathering supporting documention and its FINALLY GOING ON AUG 30. i have been married since Sept 2013. Life happened and I had to deal with some rather personal family issues. What a test of our love!! although this year it was a tough one...and both our minds were spinning with nonsense. On the road of reunification with my husband and my family has persevered. thanks again

Congrats! Good to see some ongoing movement from kVO even tho it seems like they are calling so many for interviews.

You will be able to add Your details directly on the site once you have posted 10 times, there is a spreadsheet maintained by some members with the link in their signatures, if you post your details as a message they will add them into the sheet.

Full speed ahead kVO, let's just get whatever you need to get done, fast.

If I am not mistaken it means acknowledgement of receipt (AOR)......something that's starting to get on my last nerves I put in my application on may 16th and now its July 14th and unless I'm counting wrong its past the now 56 day mark and when I put the application in they gave 43 days..ugh I just wanna see something.... Like hello did it even reach the damn office or is my application just floating in mail space (I know over reacting) but its annoying I wanna change my name before I go back Christmas so I can travel in my married name and these ppl are taking their sweet time.....I have already went back to Jamaica and returned home since the application was submitted and was hopeful I would see something once back....but nope Nada!.....I emailed them today so let's see if I get a response......

Have you called them to see why it is taking so long for sponsor approval you will probably get more info if you called.
