I'm praying your hubby's PPR is right around the corner, yours could be one of the 6 mos applications that show up every now and again. Haha, sake of Trudeau processing slowed down so now it would only be fitting if it sped up sake of him too!! Come on KIN VO!!

We need to set a cake date .... 6 months would be a dream! An awesome one.

For those who didn't pay the landing fed up front, how long after it was requested and paid did it take to get a ppr?

Hey i sent mine upfront but since I've been on this forum it seems like Kingston request additional docs, meds, rprf and etc after 5 months from your app being filed and ppr being issued 4-5 months after all additional docs have been requested and handed in. The only reason there was a hold up for a while was because of the refugees. All of Feb and March peeps should have got ppr novemeber and December last year. But now since all the refugees are processed, Kingston is back and popping again.

Thanks everyone for the congrats!!! Hubby and i are super excited to start our new life together. We are on top of the world right now best news ever. I will be going down end of march hopefully passport is back and we can return together.Landing story will soon come its all so sorreal right now but we are truly happy

ok i'm hurrying to pay right now because i know if they have to ask they will be a slight delay, everything else has been sent up front maybe even too much lol so i hope they won't be asking for anything additional (fingers crossed)

For anyone who has gotten their passport sent back and used DHL, when the tracking # for the return waybill goes live and says shipment accepted does that mean it's on it's way back already?? Trying not to freak out and get my hopes up but it's said 'tracking # not found' or something similar for the past week for the return waybill and now when I checked it today it says shipment accepted...

Mine said shipment accepted after my husband bought it and changed to shipment picked up when Kingston sent it back.

I haven't gotten PPR as yet but I've used dhl previously and had issues with them, they sat on our package for over a week because of a mistake they made maybe it was just the particular office we used but not a fan of them, it could mean they just shipped it or it was just received by cic but call customer service to get a definitive answer

From what I've been told that's the local courier there but after I took my package back from DHL I used fed ex a lil bit more expensive but at least I know 100% they got the job done

For us maybe but the older applicants seem to be getting their's the faster they get theirs the sooner for us lol i'm starting to get anxiety just want it too be over and done with and i'll never have to see another immigration document in my life lol

I know I can't wait for this to be done and over with! Everyday I tell myself that we're another day closer! I pray that Kingston keeps up this momentum!

Has anyone used Tara courier?

Hubby and I used TARA for all out correspondence with KVO. Never had any issues. That was from May Pen, Clarendon.
