I'm pretty sure I read that if there is information that needs to be changed, you can email them at the 'CPCM-EXTCOM@cic.gc.ca' email. I think it would really depend on the error...

I just keep refreshing my email....... :P

well I did some research, you will need something call social insurance number (sin) first before you can work.

you will need your landing papers and passport to get the SIN going to this website and download this for more info http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/publications/welcome/index.asp with the ID you have three option you will get your permanent Resident card in the mail automatically as part of you sponsorship, you can apply for Ontario photo card(ID) or if you want get a drivers license either is fine for identification for business. here is a youtube link for more info https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N3EAmoG2pYE

Yes you will need a SIN. They no longer give you a SIN card, its a piece of paper with the Social Insurance number on it. When you go to the office, you apply and will get it that day. Bring your PR card with you, passport, ID, etc. Same goes for bank account. Im not sure what you mean as "Toronto ID". You can apply for drivers licence though, thats provincial ID.

One thing I was wondering...once he's over here, will we be able to take a drive to the US with just his landed papers?
