Also if you go to DHL they know the address of the High Commission....or they have access to it

Yes, they do so much business with them that they know it off hand

Have him do it when it expires and send it in to them. As Sammy has said on here previously, the new PC expire after 9 months.

Ask your hubby to look at the copy he has or if you have it. It changed last year sometime where they were only good for 9 months so your might even be expired already. If it doesn't say the expiry date on there then it's good for 12 months.

Did she apply for a visitor visa or for her PR card? As far as I know you can't do PR online yet but you can do a visa request.

She can also try emailing or calling to see where they are at on her file. If it's a visitors visa she should have heard something already.

I just looked at the copy and it mentionned this certificate is valid for 9 months as of the issue (17-Oct.2013). So it expired already !!

Hi sammystorm19

Thanks for the response. She's applying for TRV under the live in caregiver program. She tried to email the embassy also but not luck of response. Even her employer here in Cnada inquired/follow up her application as a representative but same no response at all.

You might be better off finding the live in caregiver thread and ask there. We don't know much about that here. This is for Family class PR visa. I know someone over in the other thread would be able to help you.

Good luck

:)
