Quick question! Has anyone tried paying the application fees etc. online with a visa debit?

I'm trying and it keeps getting rejected although the money is definitely there...so frustrating!

Good morning everyone. Some asked the other day what emotions you go thru in this process and just wanted to share one with you. I hopped in my truck this morning to head to work and this song started playing:

Visa debit won't work . If you get a prepaid visait can be loaded same day and will work

Thanks hun! I'll definitely do this - I'm so ready to pay the sponsorship, application fee and permanent resident fee and continue lol only thing left is to get the Option C printout nextweek! =)

If you buy it from Shoppers drug mart or something, it has a set amount, then you have to register it to use it.

I would recommend getting the type you can load (Western Union has a Titanium one) or any back should be able to issue you a pre-loaded card

GCMS notes (Global Case Management System) are notes that are made on your file. The Sponsor can order them online or by mail for $5 and the Applicant has to sign a consent form. They take 30 calendar days (sometimes longer) to be sent to the Sponsor once they are ordered.

A lot of people order the GCMS notes if they have been in the process (around a year) and haven't heard anything from Kingston. It is also a good idea to order them if you are scheduled for an interview.
