Well the hubby went to Kingston today and it wasnt so great news...we were denied...because he married me for money Is what they are saying our marriage is not legit!! So here we go with the appeal process!!!! A fight they are going to have on they're hands!!!! I have no idea why they kept our passport if thats the case!!!
Sorry I couldnt bring good news to the Kingston Family!!! :'(

I am flabbergasted and in utter shock and disbelief.

Please whatever support you need, what ever information you need to be looked up, if you need a shoulder to cry on please do not hesitate.

I am totally in shock by this news :'( How can they deny two people who have been together for 11 years? That is just crazy. I agree with you.....definitely appeal this verdict! oh gosh i am soooooo sorry to hear this WOF and I truly don't understand why they would even take his passport. It is like they get your hopes up and then send them crashing down. Appalled by this decision, it is outrageous but I think you have good grounds for the appeal but oh the waiting again. :'( :'(

I am so sorry Waiting! This news makes me feel sick to my stomach and makes me angry. How can a stranger look at someone's paperwork and then judge if a relationship is genuine!!

omg our worst fear on this forum, did you use a immigation consultant? if not now is the time. So sorry. Good thing is your appeal will be successful once you use a lawyer.

Please don't give up the fight for your love; and I agree with Chickie appeals of this nature are mostly won; it's just the dreadful wait again that makes it painful.

When I read waitingonforever's post about being denied I felt like someone kicked me in the stomach and then I started crying. My heart aches for her and her hubby.

And now I'm crying even harder reading all of the supportive posts from our forum family. What a wonderful group of individuals to come together in someone's time of need.

Jamgirl your words are wise n I could not agree more. ....for many of us the real battle begins once our spouse has landed life changes in so many ways for u n your spouce not only do they have to adjust to a new country but they have to adjust to you n your ways good n bad. ..we all know on vaca when we are free with no worries we are different than when we are home with bills to pay stresses of everyday life .... the best bet is to realize these things up front work togather n dont expect all to fall into place.....even though some of us have been married for years when your hubby lands its like u are newlyweds again you have to learn all the ins n outs of each other...find common grounds n put real effort into your marriage.....above all else and I cant stress this enough PLEASE DON'T LET OUTSIDERS KNOW YOUR BUSINESS what goes on in your marriage good or bad should be between u n your husband you married him not his family n friends he married you not your family n friends. ....solve your issues togather n never go to bed angry.....my two cents

Could not have been written any better! My husband and I don't share our business and it's why we are still together. If anyone knew what goes on during the bad, we wouldn't be together because you will make others hate your spouse based on trivial nerve irritations.
