March 17th my ecas changed to in process and my notes in April showed that eligibility was passed

Just curious. What are the average processing times? I know the site says 20-22 months, but a friend of mine who is an immigration officer told me 7-8 months in realilty. Is that true?

My lawyer i hired said the website that says 20 months is for about 80 percent of the applicants the other 20 get approved in less than a year becuz the immigration officers get paid by how many applications they finish.. but unfortunately... the more difficult and complicated your case is the longer it will take

Hey there friend, no hard feelings that you wouldn't tell, that is a decision you made and you have to stick by it! I am just glad it is over finally for you and Maddants, everything is going to work out fine. Did you end up coming down on Sept 1? I didn't get a message from you so I figured you hadn't.

Hey Chickie! I did not make it to JA. I still have 3 1/2 weeks vacation left, just wondering what I am going to do and when to take it. I am careful of work commitments so I don't book myself up. I am going to have to make a decision soon to use my vacation time up as I need to take it before the second week of December rolls around. In January, I get another 5 weeks to take for the year of 2014 and have lots of time for that to chose what month a days. I was saving my 3 1/2 weeks for Maddants arrival to stay home with him etc. But if Kingston doesn't get back to us i the near future, plans for vacation has to be use so may start looking into cheap flights to travel to see him again. I am glad Maddants interview is over and am just praying for the best. I got one more idea in mind and have started something. I will let you know what is up at a later date, once I have done it. I have a scheming mind! LOL! lata friend!
