WILL THE PAYMENT BE UPDATED IN THE SYSTEM FASTER AS WELL? ? ? .....MEANING WOULD KINGSTON BE ABLE TO VERIFY THE PAYMENTS WITHIN THE SAME DAY ITS BEEN PAYED ? ? ?

no that is my problem i am having now....they say it takes 6 to 8 weeks for the payment to register. I just paid mine and I emailed both kingston and CIC Mississauga and then faxed both of them the receipt also....hoping it gets updated quickly.

Did they request you to pay the RPRF fee?

as soon as cic updates your file then kingston will be able to see it ( mine was updated the same day )
reason being i emailed kingston and kingston contacted cic so make sure you email a copy of the payment reciept to Kingston as well ...if not it could take a few days or weeks depending on the amount of work load they have

thats when you start calling the centre in mississauga and asking questions they will check for you (if you get someone nice)

hello everyone.........look like everyone hiding today......the room seem so quiet........Come on kingston it your time to make something happen for someone :P :P :P :P

I have another question.....I just paid all the fees and printed my receipt. It is asking me to fill out the the client ID & Client DOB as well as name & address - first question is, is the client ID just assigned when the application is received in Mississauga & second question is....am I the client or is my husband the client and if he is, do I put his name & address in JA on the receipt?

On another note, the Minister of Immigration, Jason Kenney himself will be in my riding on Friday - I am going to be attending the fundraiser he is here for....hoping to hear that they are going to be working to reduce wait times for family class sponsorships. Hoping to be able to meet him in person.....not that he can do anything to speed up any of our applications, but hey, its worth a try right!
