I'm here HM.

I'm listening to Tintin and I'm fretting. As I posted yesterday that they requested updated PCC's (redo for hubby, NEW for my stepson) and they asked for a Schedule A for my Stepson now he has turned 18 during this long process along with the passports. Does this mean it will take longer than two weeks once my hubby submits everything. We're so worn out over this process, I don't know what to think anymore.

Yes me too they have been doing so well lately and they r getting closer to mine lol I ordered my notes feb 8 and was thinking I would have to wait 30 days for them but daddy's girl got theirs back in 20 days so maybe I will get them back sooner. I just want them to contact my hubby for something then at least I would know something was going on ya know!

Yes, they have been doing an amazing job....so happy with the work they are doing. Hope they keep it up. We need our hubbies...

I hope you will get your notes back quickly too, so you can have an idea what's going on. It's good to know if they are at least started doing some work on our files....we need to be in the loop

I originally had given them the schedule b form and the generic form in the initial apolication that i mailed in 2011. I dont know what new information they wanted cause everything we filled out was the same as when I first filled it out in the beginning, I dont know what to make of this but the week aint done yet so we'll see

Howdy FLK!!! Don't worry, everything will fall right into place before you know it. At least you know they are working on your file and your hubby will be right next to you before you know it. Chin up!! :)

Thanks Keke. He went to do his police check today, my stepson will do his tomorrow because he has started a new job and couldn't go yesterday. We should get the PCC's back next week then off goes the package. I'm concerned that the Schedule A will slow down something, afterall it is a background declaration, does that mean they will conduct a background check on him and we have to wait for that???

I am not any expert, but I honestly don't believe this will delay things any longer. He just turns 18, so there wouldn't be too much info for them to look at. I think they just want it just to make sure the file is "complete" and have all the required documentation.

Question how do you check your status ? ??? ???
