tHE UCI # represents you, so that is your part of the application. The F# is your spouses part in Kingston.

On your approval letter you should see an F#. if you go to ECAS and log in with that and all your hubbys info then you can see the process for Kingston and sometimes they update it and sometimes they don't.....let me know what yours says and I will update the spreadsheet thanks

I just signed on and doesnt say that we are in process does it get updated often? it just says that it was received but when I got the email from Kingston in Dec it said in process??? :

Which side said in process in December? Did you log in with your UCI # or your File #?

Kingston wrote me the back in December stating they got it and its in process. I logged in with both the UCI# says I was approved on Nov 3rd and on the File# it says received on Sept 25, 2012. thats the date the CIC received in here.

Ok so your ECAS doesnt say in process....that is what confused me.......yes your UCI is your sponsorship so it is approved and that side won't change anymore.......Keep checking with the file # and hubbys info.....some peoples will actually say in process on hubbys side and some peoples won't.....it doesn't really mean anything because some officers will update and some won't. hope that helps you.

yes thanks! I was just confused it was the first time I have checked the file number and then it didnt say process like I was told it was. Maybe its just not updated yet. I hope thats all it is

Alot of peoples don't have in process yet........mine says app received, meds received.......another girl went from January to December without it saying in process, it went in process and a couple of days later her hubby got a call to bring in passport so it doesn't really mean anything if it doesn't say anything.....

You know what's the best part of this process, the number of honeymoons we get to have before we settle into life together. There's your wedding honeymoon, the multiple trips you take during this process to see one another and the finale when your spouse comes here and you take that first week of so and refamiliarize yourself with one another.
